Sriracha Bloody Mary

A little bit of spice makes everything nice, but bacon...bacon makes everything spectacular. Sriracha is a staple in the Gaiterlake household. Adding that with some well-done bacon to a morning cocktail makes it the perfect drink.

- Niki Stonelake: Digital / Account Manager

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 4 oz. tomato juice
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. freshly grated horseradish or creamy prepared horseradish
  • 2 pinches of celery salt
  • 4-5 dashes Sriracha chili sauce
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash of pickle juice or olive juice

*Using a variety of apple types gives
the pie a nice flavor.

Directions:

Mix vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, horseradish, celery salt, Siriracha, Worcestershire, and pickle juice. Strain into a pint glass filled with ice. Use all different garnishes as desired - examples: pickle spears, celery stalks, olives. Drink it down.

This is one in a series of posts about our project, called The Table—a cookbook full of favorite recipes, and the images and stories that go with them, from each member of the Brandtatorship team past and present. From breakfasts to entrées, desserts to cocktails, we’ll be unveiling new recipes to this page throughout the year. If you'd like a cookbook, please contact us. In the meantime, pull up a chair. We’re glad to have you.
